This Smoked Salmon and Quinoa Salad also features radishes, beans, tomatoes, spinach, and a gorgeous sesame oil dressing. Delicious, filling, and nutritious!
Place red beans, onion, tomatoes, radishes, spinach, smoked salmon, and quinoa in a bowl and toss well.
For the dressing, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and garlic in a small jar with a lid and shake to blend. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
