For those who are on a New Year healthy train, love Asian-inspired food and don’t know what to do with lychee.
Dice salmon and avocados. Remove the skin, deseed and dice lychee. Combine everything in a bowl.
Combine all the rest of the ingredient for the dressing, add it to the salad and let the flavors mix together for 10 minutes.
Using a shaping mold, arrange the salad on plates. Enjoy!
