Simple, nutritious, and tasty salad. Red cabbage, carrot, and garbanzo beans tossed in a fresh ginger, lime, sesame oil dressing. You can whip up this salad in 10 minutes!
Peel off the outer layer of the cabbage, remove the core, and slice thinly. Add cabbage, shredded carrot, and beans to a large bowl. Toss with dressing.
For the dressing, in a blender, add peeled ginger, lime juice, rice vinegar, salt, pepper, and sesame oil. Blend until the ginger is completely broken down.
