Light and fresh, can be served as a side dish or a main meal.
Prepare ingredients:
1. Cook and dice chicken.
2. Shred lettuce.
3. Chop green onions.
4. Drain and dice water chestnuts.
5. Crush Top Ramen noodles (uncooked) into tiny, bite-sized pieces
6. Combine all these ingredients along with the almonds and mix.
For dressing, combine oil, vinegar, pepper, sugar and ramen chicken seasoning. Mix well to dissolve sugar and toss with the salad.
