Rainbow Easter Salad combines ingredients that seem to be impossible to combine, but you’ll see they taste perfect together!
Cut the beetroot, carrot and salami into thin sticks. Peel the pomegranate and separate the arils.
Prepare a large flat plate for the salad. Place the ingredients around the plate in the following order: beetroot, peanuts, pomegranate, French fries, carrot, and salami.
Pour the mayonnaise in the middle. Mix the salad right before serving.
