A simple, perfect for summer salad with juicy tomatoes, fragrant basil, fresh buttery mozzarella and protein-rich chickpeas.
Lay out tomatoes, basil and fresh mozzarella on a plate. Scatter the chickpeas over the plate. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Or seriously, just toss it all in a bowl and give it a good stir.
