You could have this on its own as a starter, or you could serve it on some grilled sourdough bread and enjoy it as a light lunch.
1. Whisk the olive oil, honey and lemon juice together and season to taste. Cut the pear into quarters and remove the stems and pips. Using your hands tear the cheese into large chunks and then shell the walnuts.
2. Arrange the rocket, pear, walnuts and Gorgonzola on a flat plate and then drizzle with the dressing. Finish with some freshly ground pepper and serve immediately.
