We share that same memory! Do you remember the popovers and the chicken pot pie? The Maurice, though, was always my favorite.

This salad brings back great childhood memories. My mom would take me to Detroit to the Big Hudsons department store each summer for a day of shopping. We always ate lunch on the top floor overlooking the city. This salad was on their menu and always a favorite of ours to order!!! I have a recipe to make it, but I just added sour cream and chopped pickles to green goddess dressing. It is so good and such a comfort food!!
