It’s cool and creamy with a sweet, crunchy bite to it. And better still, no cooking! Simply chill. It’s perfect for light lunches, it’s good on crackers or toasted bagel halves. Pair it with some fruit and cheese and it’s the greatest little snack!
Mix all ingredients together until well blended and chill for at least an hour. Spread on your choice of breads.
Tip: If you don’t enjoy the tangy-ness (is that a word?) of cream cheese, decrease the cream cheese to 6 ounces and increase the mayonnaise to taste. It’s just as good!
