An easy tuna salad recipe with lots of veggies!
Drain tuna thoroughly and set aside in a medium sized bowl. Using a fork, flake the tuna until it is the desired consistency. Add celery, carrots, onion, parsley, mayonnaise, celery salt, kosher salt and black pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour so flavors can meld.
Serve with slices of fresh tomato atop toasted bread. I also serve this with spicy pickled okra because I’m Southern like that! Enjoy!
