Quick and easy, perfect for the busy holiday season. Sliced fennel, oranges, and fresh mint are tossed in a light lemon dressing. This is a refreshing salad with superfood ingredients to support your digestion and boost your immunity.
Halve, core and thinly slice the fennel bulb (using a mandoline, if possible). Separate the oranges into segments. Roughly chop the mint leaves.
In a salad bowl, gently toss all of the ingredients together.
