Asian inspired salad that is tangy and sweet with lots of different textures!
Ingredients are estimates as you will put in the quantities that make you happy. Shred some lettuce in a bowl. (Add some spinach leaves or other veggies if you like.) Grab a bag of ramen noodles and crush them a little inside the bag, then tear open and empty them into the salad, being careful to remove the seasoning packet and throw it away. Add your almonds and oranges and anything else you have around. Serve topped with chicken.
I like to dress this with Ken’s Lite Asian Sesame dressing.
