Shredded red cabbage, carrots and onions mixed with roasted peanuts and dressed in honey, olive oil, cumin and crushed black paper.
Mix dressing ingredients and whisk well. Let sit so flavors meld, preferably about 4–5 hours.
Mix all salad ingredients together. When ready, simply mix dressing with salad and serve immediately.
Note: I used roasted peanuts with some spices like cumin powder, chili powder and salt. You can use only roasted peanuts without any seasoning.
