This is a yummy casserole that tastes just like a hamburger!
Preheat oven to 350F. Brown hamburger and onions in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain grease and mix in ketchup, mustard and pickles. Put into a 10×13 greased baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Cut biscuits into four pieces each, roll in sesame seeds. Put the pieces of biscuit on the top of the casserole in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

We tried this last night and it was pretty good! I used an 8×8 pan and found that it made 4 adult servings, not 12. I am not sure how I would have gotten 12 servings out of 1 pound of hamburger… Anyway, it was tasty!

This recipe is wonderful! It does taste like cheeseburgers and is a nice change from the repetitive tomato sauce flavored casseroles. Thumbs up from my family!

This would be a great recipe to have on hand when my boys decide to have their buddies over! Will probably have to double it though – their friends (teenagers) can really pack away the food!
