Fast, easy meatballs to throw in the crock pot or fry up and put in the oven for quicker cooking.
Place hamburger and sausage into a bowl. Add onion and garlic to your taste. Add bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well together. If mixture seems dry, don’t be afraid to add another egg. Form mixture into balls. If you are using a crock pot, go ahead and place the balls into the crock pot. If you want to cook this faster, go ahead and fry them up and place them in a baking dish to put in the oven.
For meatball sauce, I whip together the mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. The amount of Worcestershire is up to your taste. Pour the mixture over the meatballs. I then like to take some thinly sliced onion rings and lay them over the top.
Cook these in the oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or till done.
If using a crock pot, set on Low and leave for 4 or 5 hours.
