This meaty potato dish is full of comfort, totally delicious and so easy!
Peel and cut the potatoes in round circles and layer them in the bottom of a 13×9 inch pan. Roll the gound beef into meatballs and poke between the potatoes. Give a generous shake of allspice, salt and pepper over the potatoes and meat. Pour the beans, juice and all, over the meat and potatoes. Peel and cut one large onion into round slices and layer over the beans. Plop those tomatoes right on top and cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over rice.
