Spicy peppers with a ranch twist.
Broil or grill peppers to soften. Meanwhile, brown the hamburger meat. After peppers have roasted, halve and de-seed (peel if desired).
Preheat oven to 375F.
Drain hamburger and return to pan. Mix in Ranch dressing packet, salsa, and cheese. Adjust the amount of salsa and cheese to your preference. Fill peppers with the hamburger mixture. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and stuffing is browned.
