It will leave your steak so juicy and tender, you can almost cut it with a fork.
Put all the ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Squish around. Take your T-bone, or other cut of meat, and poke with a fork on both sides. Salt and pepper to taste. I like garlic salt.
Put the steak in the bag, make sure lots of marinade gets on the meat, and put it in the fridge for at least two hours.
As it’s cold and snowy where I’m living, I grilled it in a pan on the stove top, about 7 minutes per side on a medium high electric burner. But you’ll need to watch it depending on your preferred doneness. This left it with minimal pink inside, and a few charcoal-y bits on the outside, both of which I like.
Obviously, increase marinade exponentially depending on how much meat you have to cook. This worked for one good-sized T-bone. It was the best steak I’ve ever had.
