Description

The best steak marinade.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Olive Oil
  • ¼ cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ cups Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ cups Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Makes enough marinade for 4 steaks of your choice.

Fabulous and simple. I marinated a London broil with this marinade then froze the steak. When I defrosted it slowly in the fridge, it marinated a good long time. The London broil was SO soft and flavorful, grilled over charcoal, it was perfection. Soft enough for even my 7 year old who doesn’t like beef if it is the least bit chewy. A keeper!
