Spicy Marinated Burgers
Description
This is the best way to turn lean meat into a mouthwatering burger!
Ingredients
- 1-¼ pound Lean Ground Beef Or Ground Turkey
- ¼ cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Each BBQ Sauce, Chili Powder, Cumin, Cajun Seasoning
- ½ teaspoons Each Black Pepper And Red Pepper Flakes
- ¼ teaspoons Each Tabasco Sauce And Liquid Smoke
- Optional Burger Accessories: Buns, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Whatever You Like
Preparation
Combine all ingredients but the beef and mix together in a medium-sized bowl. Crumble beef over the top of the mixture and then use your hands to thoroughly combine. Shape into 5 patties and refrigerate for one hour (optional). Grill to your desired level of doneness.
