In a word: YUM.
Brown beef and chopped onion.
Add can of refried beans and envelope of taco seasoning to beef and onion and mix together well. Turn heat off once finished.
Spray cooking spray into a large, glass rectangular baking dish.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spoon beef and bean mixture (1 large spoonful should do the trick) onto a large tortilla and sprinkle with a small bit of cheese. Roll and place in the baking dish.
Repeat until you are out of tortillas or mixture!
Pour can of green chili enchilada sauce over rolled burritos and sprinkle cheese over the top.
Put baking dish in the oven and bake until cheese is melted well and dish is bubbly. It should take about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how much enchilada sauce you pour over the top.
Stuff it in your face (use a fork).
* Super tasty with sour cream and guacamole and chips.
