A great twist on the classic burger. This quick and easy recipe will be a real crowd pleaser, no question!
In a medium bowl, place the hamburger with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well with your hands until all the spices are distributed evenly.
Form into desired size burger patties. Oil grates of a grill, or alternatively, use 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Cook for about 10 minutes on each side (we like ours really well done) until cooked through. If using a saucepan, cover with a top for half of the time cooking (it ensures that the burgers do not dry out).
If desired, place cheese over the tops of the burgers for the last few minutes of cooking. Serve with burger buns and desired condiments.
