One of my favorite meals: a cheap and easy stew with ground beef and SALSA! I like to make this with my cheesy onion cornbread.
In a Dutch oven or large kettle, brown beef and onion; drain. Add 3/4 cup water and all remaining ingredients except flour.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Combine remaining water and flour and stir into the stew. Cook and stir until boiling and slightly thickened.
