Tender and delicious sous vide filet mignon.
Season steak with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Place steak into a resealable bag and add thyme and rosemary on top of the meat. Seal the bag and suck air out using immersion method.
Start sous vide machine and set at 130ºF for 1 hour for medium rare steak. Place bag in water.
Once meat is done, drizzle olive oil over meat and sprinkle steak seasoning. Sear meat on a hot pan for 1 minute on each side.
