A family favorite!
Combine one can cream of mushroom soup and one envelope of dry onion soup mix. Place roast in a greased casserole dish. Spread soup mixture over the top of the roast. There is no need to add water to this. As this bakes, a thick, rich gravy is formed.
Cover dish with foil. Place in a preheated 325 degree oven. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and turn roast over. Baste with juices. Cover with foil and return to oven for another 1 1/2 hours or until falling apart tender.

This was AWESOME! We loved it so much that hubby wants it again really soon. The gravy was so yummy and would work well with potatoes or over egg noodles too. I will be doubling the gravy stuff next time to get more of it so we have some leftover to go with th leftover meat and potatoes.
