I wanted something different so I came up with this tonight. It was very yummy and very easy!
In a large bowl, combine patty ingredients and combine well. Form 5 patties out of the mixture. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the aioli ingredients and mix well. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.
Spilt French bread in half lengthwise, and cut evenly into 5 sections. Heat the grill and BBQ burgers for 10 minutes on each side on medium high heat. Just before the burgers are done, top each patty with Brie cheese; remove as soon as cheese is melted.
Place 2 tablespoons of the aioli on each side of the French bread bun, add one leaf lettuce and top with a patty. Enjoy!
