A one-skillet recipe that’s easy as 1-2-3.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well.
Brown beef and onion in large skillet while pasta is cooking; drain.
Add green beans and tomatoes. Mix well. Add pasta and heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

As I was cooking this I kept thinking, “what am I cooking? Green beans?” But it was pretty darn good! I think next time I’ll add extra garlic. (I’m a garlic fiend.) Definitely going into my routine of quick regulars.
