Quick, easy, and tasty enchiladas.
Brown ground beef and onion; drain fat. Stir in soup, enchilada sauce, milk, and green chili peppers.
In the microwave or in a skillet with hot oil, heat the tortillas until limp.
Place some cheese and olives in each tortilla and roll up. Place rolled tortillas in the skillet of meat/sauce mixture. Cover and cook till heated. If desired, sprinkle with additional cheese, cover and cook until cheese melts.
