This recipe is fabulous if you are cooking for a crowd – I once made it for 30 people. The recipe is easy to double, quadruple or whatever else you need to do with it!
Brown beef, onions, and celery; drain off grease. While beef is browning, stir together (I do this in a measuring glass) Ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard powder. After beef is drained, stir ketchup mixture into skillet, and let simmer for 10 minutes!

Just what I came here looking for! I have 2lbs of meat and some hamburger buns! The other ingredients are staples in my house. Thanks!

Fabulously easy!
My crew loved it and I know exactly what went in as opposed to the jars from the grocery store!
The only thing I changed was to use 2 1/2 tbs of dried onion flakes instead of fresh onion because I was short on time.
Definately a winner that we will have again!
