An easy way to make your own Sloppy Joes with no sugar in the SO SIMPLE sauce. After tasting this, my DIL now likes Sloppy Joes!
In a fry pan or skillet on medium high heat, brown ground beef and chopped onions for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt. Turn heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally (the mixture will thicken).
This may sound odd, but in our family we eat sloppy joes on hamburger buns with mustard and sliced dill pickles.
