I know, I know, raisins in meatballs made me grimace at first, too. However, the slight sweetness of the meatballs pairs beautifully with the acidity of marinara sauce. Plop these meatballs into a big pot of spaghetti sauce, or line them in a piece of French bread for a meatball sandwich. So tasty!
Mix all ingredients together and form into 1-inch balls. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
