Super Easy Sunday Roast Recipe
Heat oil in a 6 quart dutch oven.
Season the roast generously on all sides with steak seasoning, then rub flour on all sides of roast. Brown each side of the roast in the oil for approximately 5 minutes on each side.
Remove from the heat and add the baby carrots, onion and red potatoes.
Next, add the gravy mixes and soup mix, pour the 4 cups of water over the top.
Cover the pot with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 4 hours. Serve over rice.
