A pressure cooker spin on stuffed cabbage. Warning: you must love garlic!
Mix garlic and uncooked rice with the raw ground beef, like you would for meatballs. Don’t over-mix!
Spread sauerkraut in the bottom of a pressure cooker.
Make meatballs about the size of a golf ball or a little smaller. Place on top of the sauerkraut.
Pour 1/2 can of water over everything. Place quartered potatoes on top of meatballs. Sprinkle with pepper.
Cook in the pressure cooker for 30 to 35 minutes. (Make this often enough, and you’ll be able to tell by smell when it’s ready!)
