A classic home ec recipe even your kids could do, and quite delish!
In a small bowl, mix the tomato soup with 1/4 cup water, oregano, and garlic salt. Measure 1/4 of it out and reserve the rest. Add the 1/4 cup seasoned soup mix to the rest of the ingredients, except for the cheese. Mix into a loaf and bake at 350F for approximately 50 minutes. Drain the fat off and top with the rest of the seasoned soup mix and cheese. Put in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes. Let it sit for a few minutes to cool, then slice and serve. Good with mashed potatoes and a salad.
