I whipped this burger up as an attempt to get some sort of vegetable into my children. It was a success as my oldest asked for seconds. It would be very easy to add additional seasonings to spice it up a bit!
Combine the diced tomatoes, garlic powder, ground beef, panko, and pepperoni. Form into patties. Grill for about 15 minutes.
Heat tomato sauce in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
Shut off grill, place 1 slice of provolone on each burger. Shut lid and allow cheese to melt for about a minute.
Put one burger on a bottom bun, top with sauce, then the top bun. Serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
