This is an easy Cuban dish prepared with ground beef.
1) Heat olive oil in a pan at medium heat. Add the onions and cook until they begin to get translucent. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce and cook for about 2 minutes.
2) Add the ground beef and break up any large pieces with a wooden spoon.
3) Add the wine, the Sazon Completo, ground oregano, ground cumin and mix together with a wooden spoon.
4) Add the remaining tomato sauce and blend together. Cook until the meat begins to brown, about 10 minutes.
5) Add the raisins and olives. Cover and lower the heat to allow the flavors to blend.
6) Serve over a bed of white rice.
