Personal-sized, deliciously moist, BBQ-drenched meat loaves. Yum!
Whisk together ketchup, cider vinegar, brown sugar, and beef bouillon granules in a small sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until bouillon granules dissolve and sauce comes to a low boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, place beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, evaporated milk, and egg. Using your hands, mix well.
Shape mixture into six mini loaves and place into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove baking dish from oven and pour sauce over loaves. Return to the oven and bake an additional 20 minutes.
