This ain’t your momma’s meatloaf… Unless maybe your momma is Italian. Serve with a side of spaghetti with marinara – no meatballs necessary.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine first 10 ingredients (everything down to and including the onion). Press half of the mixture into a loaf pan. Put the cheese sticks down the center of the pan but do not allow them to touch the edges of the pan. Cover with the rest of the meat mixture and seal so cheese won’t ooze out. Top with spaghetti sauce and bake 55 minutes.
