Description
My family’s favorite meatball recipe, courtesy of my wonderful mother. These are great with spaghetti, on meatball sandwiches, and heck, even by themselves! Even my husband, whose grandpa’s restaurant’s meatballs are legendary, agrees that these are his favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
- ½ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cups Milk
- 2 whole Eggs, Well Beaten
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
Preparation
Mix all ingredients by hand in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Shape into small to medium-sized balls, and brown in a hot skillet. Add to sauce and simmer for one hour.
