It’s plain and simple, but it’s my favorite. Better than that, the recipe came to me from my Mom. I serve this meatloaf with mashed potatoes cooked with a parsnip and a little grated carrot.
Mix glaze ingredients together and set aside.
Combine meatloaf ingredients and mix well. Shape mixture into a loaf in baking dish. Top with glaze. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
