Mini Italian Meatloafs

Description
Easy, yummy meatloaf in no time.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- ½ cups Bread Crumbs
- ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese, Plus Extra For Topping
- ¼ cups Milk
- ¼ cups Onion, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- ½ teaspoons Italian Seasoning, Plus Extra For Topping
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- ⅛ cups Ketchup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl. Knead with your hands until everything is mixed evenly. Form into small patties (a little thicker and not as round as hamburger patties).
Place patties on a broiler pan (or a baking sheet). Top with ketchup, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and a pinch of Italian seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes.
