Description

This is a simple ketchup meatloaf. It pairs well with mashed potatoes and makes great sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Tomato Sauce
  • ½ cups Diced Yellow Or White Onion
  • ½ cups Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 2 whole Eggs, Uncooked
  • 1-½ cup Saltine Crackers, Crushed
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 cup Ketchup, Divided

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, except 1/2 cup ketchup. Press mixture into a cast iron skillet. Spread remaining ketchup over the top of beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
