This is the recipe to my favorite meatballs. I ALWAYS get compliments and requests for this meatball recipe. That is how I know which recipes to share here with you—the ones my friends and family can’t get enough of. Enjoy!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cover 2 cookie sheets with aluminum foil (to help with clean-up later).
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. I use my hands to combine the mixture. Don’t forget to take off your rings!
After the mixture is combined, roll 1 to 1.5 inch balls and place on the foil-lined baking sheets.
Bake for 12–15 minutes.
Now you can drop them into simmering sauce or cool them and freeze them for future use. Makes about 50 meatballs.
I only eat about half the recipe for dinner, then freeze the other half for a super busy sports or music lesson night! Enjoy!
