This is a very delicious and moist meatloaf. It’s also super easy and you can add things to make it your own.
Mince garlic, onion, and green pepper then saute all in a pan with a dash of extra virgin olive oil.
Combine beef, egg, veggies, and half the spaghetti sauce in a bowl. (I also added a little Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.)
Add breadcrumbs as needed to mold ingredients together. You don’t want the mixture to be too runny.
Place in a greased 9×9 baking dish and top with remaining sauce.
Bake on 350 degrees for about an hour and a half.
