I’ve made this in the past and thought it tasty, so I gave it a whirl again. I had bought stir fry steak strips at the store and they were perhaps not the highest quality. I think it might be useful to marinate the strips in all the sauce components excluding the cornstarch and adding that before cooking. Still, I like the light, citrus-y taste compared to heavy, salty soy sauce alone. I threw in some onions to cook along with the meat, too. Thanks for sharing!

It needed some salt & pepper, and I added extra garlic for a little more zing – but, this was definitely voted a KEEPER by my family – THANKS!

Extremely good! Great flavors! I added a little bit of ginger as well!
