Laredo Supper
Description
Granny would have this dish simmering in her cast iron skillet when we arrived at her house on a Friday night! We would all stand around the kitchen eating a big bowl of this cheesy chili.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Hamburger
- 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
- 1 jar (15 Oz. Jar) Cheese Whiz
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Drained Kidney Beans
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
Preparation
Brown hamburger and onion in a large skillet. Drain off fat. To the meat, add all remaining ingredients. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve with flour tortillas, chips and/or Fritos.
