Used country Style pork ribs and this tasted pretty much like what I cook when making pulled pork, except I didn’t add BBQ sauce. I have no idea how these are “Korean Ribs” they had no asian flavor, or much of a flavor period. I shredded the meat, put it in the fridge (until I can decide how to eat it) and ordered pizza!

I made these yesterday for a dinner I was hosting with some friends. I, too, left out the jalepenos–didn’t have any on hand. They were goooood! But I wish I’d thrown in the jalepenos–a little too sweet with out them. Thanks for sharing!

I marinated these for two days and they were VERY salty. Anything more than overnight is probably too much.

I didn’t use the jalepenos because we didn’t have any but the rest of it was awesome with pork. My kids couldn’t get enough.

This is in the monthly dinner rotation at our house. It is great and tasty enough to make for company!

I made this and it was so easy and soooo good. My husband loved it and he isn’t a big fan of meat in the crock pot. Thank you, we will be having this again and again.
