This is a wonderful pie filled with Italian seasoned ground beef, rice and cheese.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix crust ingredients and press into the bottom and sides of pie dish.
Mix all filling ingredients and pour in center.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 min.
Remove from oven, remove foil and top with additional 1 cup of cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
Let sit 5 minutes before cutting. Using a leaner ground beef will produce less fat, but it can also be drained carefully before adding cheese topping.
