I will never eat any other meat loaf. Moist and tender, never ever dry, with a rich sauce. Great leftovers.
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into a loaf. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together. After 45 minutes, take the loaf out of the oven and drain off the fat. Pour on the sauce, and bake for another 45 minutes. Baste a few times while baking.

Thanks for sharing your meat loaf recipe, I did add some minced garlic, just because I’m a big garlic lover. But overall the meat loaf was great and definitly a keeper and will be making it again soon! Ray
