Description

Why just put BBQ sauce, bacon, and cheese on top of your burger when you could put it inside your burger?

Ingredients

  • FOR THE BURGERS:
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • ¼ cups Bacon Bits
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cups BBQ Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • TO ASSEMBLE THE BURGERS:
  • 4  Hamburger Buns, To Serve
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Pickles And Sliced Onions, To Serve

Preparation

Combine all burger ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Shape into 4 patties. Grill until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.

Serve on buns with additional BBQ sauce, pickles, and sliced onions.
